TraceMediaa is operated by Truma Solutions LLC. We provide tools for content creators to monitor, protect, and license their digital content.
You retain full ownership of all content you upload. By uploading, you grant TraceMediaa a limited license to process, watermark, and scan your content solely to provide the service. You confirm you own or have legal right to upload any submitted content.
TraceMediaa is a registered DMCA agent (DMCA-1072447, US Copyright Office). When you send a DMCA takedown, you certify under penalty of perjury that you are the copyright owner or authorized agent, the content is infringing, and you have good faith belief the use is unauthorized. Filing a false DMCA notice may result in legal liability.
You keep 85% of any license fee collected through TraceMediaa. We retain a 15% platform fee. Payouts via Stripe. We are not responsible for payment disputes between you and licensees.
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly through Apple's App Store. Cancel anytime. No refunds for partial periods except as required by law. Early access users (.99/mo) have their rate locked permanently.
You may not upload content you do not own, file false DMCA notices, harass users, circumvent security features, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
TraceMediaa is provided as is. We do not guarantee stolen content will be removed or that you will receive licensing payments. Truma Solutions LLC's liability is limited to amounts paid in the last 30 days.
